Geostud is part of One Water, a European consortium proposing the establishment of a Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) within the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), dedicated to integrating innovative solutions in the Water, Marine and Maritime fields. The initiative addresses major challenges such as water resource management, the impact of climate change on aquatic environments, and the development of a sustainable and competitive blue economy.
The consortium brings together research centers, universities, companies, and public institutions from across Europe, creating a collaborative network with common objectives – integrating science, technology, education, and entrepreneurship. The newly proposed KIC focuses on three strategic directions: tackling water scarcity and mitigating the effects of climate change, restoring freshwater and marine ecosystems, and promoting a blue economy through the sustainable use of aquatic resources.

Geostud contributes with its expertise in water quality monitoring, environmental impact assessment, and the development of integrated solutions for green and blue infrastructures. Within One Water, the company supports the training of specialists, collaborates on international projects, and takes part in shaping European policies on responsible water resource management.
As part of this vision, the company seeks to connect innovation, education, and environmental protection to strengthen Europe’s resilience to water-related challenges, integrating science and entrepreneurship into a field essential for development and ecological balance.
