{"id":11221,"date":"2026-02-13T00:44:01","date_gmt":"2026-02-13T00:44:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geostud.ro\/?p=11221"},"modified":"2026-02-16T23:10:29","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T23:10:29","slug":"geostud-a-participat-la-kick-off-meeting-ul-online-al-proiectului-european-instant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/geostud.ro\/en\/geostud-a-participat-la-kick-off-meeting-ul-online-al-proiectului-european-instant\/","title":{"rendered":"Geostud participated in the kick-off meeting of the INSTANT European project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Geostud participated in the online kick-off meeting of the European project INSTANT, coordinated by the University of Exeter, a project funded by the Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) program of Horizon Europe, together with partners from the UK, Finland, Portugal, Spain and China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 4-year INSTANT project focuses on landslide monitoring and management and provides the framework in which Geostud will contribute to the definition of system requirements and the integration of geotechnical and geophysical expertise in the development of advanced IoT and AI-based technological architectures dedicated to real-time monitoring of these phenomena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although the project has a predominantly geotechnical footprint, the environmental component is an essential aspect that is constantly taken into account throughout all activities, by integrating biodiversity conservation and ecological responsibility, with Geostud experts addressing both areas in an integrated manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the INSTANT project, Geostud strengthens its role as a reference technical partner in European projects dedicated to geotechnical risk management, infrastructure safety and environmental protection, while contributing to MSCA's objectives on skills development, international mobility and knowledge transfer between research and industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1365\" src=\"https:\/\/geostud.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/616338860_1357557299504580_2539635597525798844_n.avif\" alt=\"616338860 1357557299504580 2539635597525798844 n\" class=\"wp-image-11225\"\/><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Geostud a participat la kick-off meeting-ul online al proiectului european INSTANT, coordonat de University of Exeter, proiect finan\u021bat prin programul Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) din cadrul Horizon Europe, al\u0103turi de parteneri din Marea Britanie, Finlanda, Portugalia, Spania \u0219i China.
