The initiative addresses major challenges such as water resource management, the impact of climate change on aquatic environments, and the development of a sustainable and competitive blue economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium brings together research centers, universities, companies, and public institutions from across Europe, creating a collaborative network with common objectives \u2013 integrating science, technology, education, and entrepreneurship.
