Stakeholder Engagement Event
The C-MineTech Stakeholders Engagement Event, held at the University of Padua, was a meeting dedicated to strategic dialogue with organizations from the automotive industry and related sectors. The meeting presented the progress of the project and the main results achieved, with a particular focus on Virtual Reality (VR) and Digital Twin tools. The participants witnessed practical demonstrations of the developed platforms, aimed at training in the field of circular economy, facilitating the learning of the processes of recovery of raw materials from the automotive industry.
First General Assembly of the C-MineTech consortium
The Geostud team attended the first physical meeting of the General Assembly of Beneficiaries (GAB) of the C-MineTech project. The event, held in a prestigious academic setting at the University of Padova, was hosted by the project coordinator, UniSmart - Fondazione Università degli Studi di Padova. The objective of the meeting was to analyze the current progress of the project and to finalize the action plan for the next implementation phases.
MaterialFEST 2025
Geostud's participation at MaterialFEST, an event organized by POLITEHNICA Bucharest, aimed to strengthen the partnership between academia and industry to support the green transition.
By promoting the C-MineTech project, our team brought to the public's attention topics such as: digitization of sustainable processes, by presenting the Virtual Reality (VR) module dedicated to monitoring the recovery of raw materials; optimization of the circular economy, with a focus on innovative solutions for recycling materials in the automotive industry; technological expertise for sustainability, highlighting the role of advanced training in the implementation of green flows and the synergy between research and industry, for the development of digital solutions applicable in resource management
Official launch
On July 16, 2025, the official kick-off meeting of the project was held, hosted by the coordination team at UniSMART, Italy. The meeting brought together all consortium partners to align on visions and next steps in implementing the project objectives. Representatives of EIT RawMaterials also attended the event, reinforcing the shared commitment to innovation and transnational collaboration.
