INSTANT

Geostud participated in the online kick-off meeting of the European INSTANT project, coordinated by the University of Exeter, together with partners from the UK, Finland, Portugal, Spain, Finland, Portugal and China.

During the INSTANT kick-off meeting, the focus was on the following topics of debate: developing landslide monitoring solutions based on IoT and AI technologies for real-time data; defining the technical requirements needed to integrate geotechnical expertise into advanced digital architectures; ensuring environmental responsibility by integrating biodiversity conservation into all proposed technical solutions; and increasing infrastructure safety by facilitating knowledge transfer between research and industry.
